Karina Ioffee is a certified mediator in the state of California. As someone who spent many years as a journalist, she knows how to listen to each party, ask insightful questions and focus on key interests to arrive at an outcome that works for all. Karina became a mediator after going through mediation in her own life and realizing that she wanted to help others resolve their issues in a similar way.
